Terms of use and limitations
Your GREENback card comes with a few Ts & Cs which we ask you very nicely to read;
Please sign your card on the back in permanent pen so we know who you are and that you’re happy with our Ts & Cs. When using your card, please keep the community spirit of the scheme in mind and avoid lending it out to other people.
GREENback cards cost us money to produce, so we’re afraid if you lose it we won’t be able to replace it. Make sure you keep your card in a safe place so you don’t end up paying again.
Your GREENback card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
When visiting the nice merchants signed up to the GREENback scheme you will be asked to show your card so make sure you keep it with you at all times as you will not be able to redeem discounts at a later date. We include any current vouchers and discount codes in your welcome pack, please keep these in a safe place until you’ve used them as we won’t be able to replace them if they go astray.
The list of lovely green minded people and companies offering GREENback member discounts is growing all the time and is therefore subject to change. Make sure you stop by this website regularly to keep up to date and make sure you don’t miss any offers.
If you move house please let us know in writing so we can keep your address details up to date. Don’t worry, we won’t give them to anyone else.
You can have as many GREENback cards per household as you like, and you are welcome to buy them for your friends – just remember to order it in their name so there is no confusion.
Please look after your GREENback card as it may not be valid for use if either the signature, expiry date or membership number are not visible.
Finally, we reserve the right to revise these Conditions and availability of the GREENback scheme’s discount offers detailed on the EcoIsland Partnership CIC website.
You can write to us at: The EcoIsland Partnership CIC, The Apex, St Cross Business Park, Newport, Isle of Wight or call 01983 822385.
