Community CATS

Want to become an Ecoislander, but not sure how you could help? Now is your chance!

Ecoisland's Community CATS, which stands for Campaign Action Team, are a group of volunteers passionate about sustainabiltiy on the Isle of Wight. . Our Community CATS act like a GREEN army, helping to spread good word of Ecoisland and are our first port of call for our monthly beach cleans, local campaigning and events. We think it's really important as a Community Interest Company to work with local people and gain valuable feedback from our beloved islanders! Community Cats is a great way to engage the local community, and find out what they think about living on an Ecoisland.

If you're interested in becoming a Community CAT, here are some things to think about...

Could you be a Community Cat?

You can be any age to help, the more age range we have, the more people receive Ecoisland messages!
It would be a preference for a CAT to be an Island resident, but so long as you're a regular visitor/spend lots of time on the isle and have good local knowlege then you're welcome to help, perhaps non-island residents could help spread the messages further and wider too!
